With warm hearts and great excitement on a cold Thursday evening 13 July 2017, the Apostle

R. Worship held a divine service in the congregation of Parow Valley. The Bible Word for the divine service was taken from Ruth 1:16 “‘…For  wherever you go, I will go; and wherever you lodge, I will lodge; Your people shall be my people, and your God my God’.” Rector J. Swartbooi and Priest D. Van Reenen were called to serve along.
The Apostle’s message to the congregation was that despite our circumstances the Lord will always provide what is needed; we should position ourselves and be where God wants us to be to receive His blessings. The example of Jonah was used - God needed him to be where he should be to save the city of Nineveh and receive God’s blessings.
Four souls were sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit, three babies and one sister who adopted the New Apostolic faith.
At the conclusion of the divine service, the Apostle took time to greet the members who eagerly accepted the invitation. The choir and orchestra contributed to a most blessed divine service, filled with much warmth and joy.
