On Saturday 17 June 2017, Kabega Park seniors enjoyed a fellowship, arranged by the Senior Committee at Louisa Myburgh Retirement Village.
Everyone came in their various cowboy and cowgirl outfits - they looked stunning. One of the committee members opened in prayer. Inspirational words were expressed by the committee. The cowboys gathered around the boma, preparing a braai, while the committee prepared roosterbrood, salad and homemade custard.
The Rector, Priest Lester Peters, and Priest Clive Petersen joined the brainteaser games. The atmosphere was vibrant. They were later on treated to a meal and homemade dessert. The day ended in good spirits and was closed with a prayer.
