The caption, “Come, share the Lord”, encapsulates the visit of District Apostle J Kriel to the Free State,

in particular to Bloemfontein and Odendaalsrus.

Not long after he landed at Bram Fischer International Airport on Friday, 3 August 2018, he made his way to visit a family. It was a spiritually fulfilled encounter.

Thereafter, the District Apostle was transferred to the home of District Evangelist Cicilie for an evening of fellowship with the local District Rectors and Rectors. The opportunity to engage with their District Apostle was fully utilised. Many spiritual insights and experiences were shared and many light-hearted moments were also enjoyed. After a scrumptious meal, the evening was concluded with a prayer.

The following morning at 10:00, the District Apostle met with a few tertiary students at the Free State University. The District Apostle used this opportunity to assure the students that they are at University for a purpose, a purpose that will benefit their natural and spiritual lives.

At 14:30, the District Apostle conducted a combined service for the congregations of Bloemfontein Central and Ashbury-Bloemfontein. The Bible word 1 Chronicles 28:10 served as basis for this divine service. After the divine service the District Apostle took time to greet the congregation and engaged in conversation with them.

Immediately after the service the District Apostle had to leave for the Northern Free State. The following day, Sunday 5 August, a combined service for the area was conducted at Odendaalsrus church hall. The Bible word for the divine service was taken out of Exodus 15:13. After the divine service a fellowship ensued and blessed encounters followed. All too soon it was time for the District Apostle to leave for Bloemfontein and return to Cape Town.
