The visiting Youth Symphony Orchestra (Western Germany, NRW) teamed up with the NAC-SA Young People's Choir (Cape Town)

to present a thrilling concert at the Silvertown Auditorium on Sunday, 21 October 2018.

The concert brought together young people from different areas and gave them an opportunity to showcase their talents as well as share their common goal - prasing God through music.

A repertoire of various pieces was presented by the choir and orchestra. Items presented included Pirates of the Caribbean, The Lord of the Dance; The heavens are praising (Creation) and Baba Yetu, among others.

After the concert, the District Apostle J Kriel said: "This was just great! Thank you to our visiting orchestra and our local choir for a fantastic concert. The visiting orchestra has had many concerts over the years, but I'm sure that their new highlight is the 2018 concert in Silvertown!"
