On Saturday 1 December 2018, District Apostle J Kriel attended a music concert in Kriel congregation.

He was accompanied by Disrict Apostle Helper Patrick Mkhwanazi. The attendees enjoyed the beautiful sounds of the choir and appreciated the array of hymns on the programme. At the conclusion of the concert the District Apostle thanked the choir for their hard work and dedication.

2 December marked the first Sunday of the Advent period. For the start of the festive season, the District Apostle held a divine service at Oranjegloed Primary School, Secunda. The district of Evander was also invited to attend this special divine service.

As basis for the divine service, the Bible word Isaiah 9 verse 2 was used, “The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death, upon them a light has shined”.

District Apostle Helper Mkhwanazi was also called to serve the congregation.

After a blessed morning in the Lord’s house, happy and spiritually satisfied members departed for their various ways home.
