On Wednesday 29 November 2017, Apostle Joubert served Katlehong Congregation for the first time

following the recent area boundary changes. Katlehong is a township located 35 km east of Johannesburg, between two other townships, namely Thokoza and Vosloorus.
As a basis for the divine service, the Apostle used a Bible word from John 5:6, which reads: "When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, 'Do you want to be made well?'"
The Apostle’s message to the congregation was that Jesus wants to, and can save all those who believe in His word and do that which He says. It is also important that we proclaim to others that Jesus is the Saviour. The Rector, Community Evangelist Mdhluli was called to serve along.
There was great joy after the divine service, and all the members embraced the opportunity to greet the Apostle after the divine service.
