The Apostle Joubert held three divine services in Ekurhuleni East District in April between Sunday 15th and Wednesday 18th.
On Sunday 15 April 2018, the Apostle served the congregation of Tsakane with a Bible word from Luke 8:16: ‘No one, when he has lit a lamp, covers it with a vessel or puts it under a bed, but sets it on a lampstand, that those who enter may see the light.’ The congregations of Kwa Thema and Duduza were also in attendance. Since the Church has had the use of the new multi-purpose community hall, attendance has improved, and a large number of visitors started attending the divine services. This culminated in 33 souls receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit in this divine service.
On Tuesday 17 April 2018, the Apostle served the congregation of Nigel, together with Alra Park congregation that was invited to attend. The Apostle used a Bible word from Numbers 14:24, “But My servant Caleb, because he has a different spirit in him and has followed Me fully, I will bring into the land where he went, and his descendants shall inherit it.” He mentioned that children of God need to see God’s bigger plan of salvation and they need to trust Him, so that they may reach the “promised land”.
On Wednesday 18 April 2018, the Apostle served the congregation of Eloff with a Bible word from Numbers 22:21, “So Balaam rose in the morning, saddled his donkey, and went with the princes of Moab.” Four children received the gift of the Holy Spirit in this divine service.
