Many of our brethren find themselves in dire circumstances, due to the current lockdown situation.

This makes it impossible for many to get casual jobs or to have an income. Some are elderly or sickly and are solely dependent on social grants which may not be enough for their sustainability.

The Vryburg congregation thought it best to help a few fellow brethren by donating hampers and blankets. This act of giving could at least ease the pain of not having something to eat or enough blankets in this extremely cold weather.

This is seen as a noble deed of caring for one's neighbour.
