On Tuesday 4 February 2020, District Apostle J Kriel conducted a divine service in Windhoek congregation.

He was accompanied by Apostle Liwakala and various ministers from the area.

Members from neighbouring congregations were also invited to attend the divine service.

The Bible word for this service was taken from the book of John 1:12, "But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become the children of God, to those who believe in His name."

Apostle Liwakala was called to assist in serving.

After the celebration of Holy Communion, the District Apostle placed District Evangelist D Hansen, who served as a minister for 34 years, and District Evangelist J Nel, who served as a minister for 28 years, into retirement.

Thereafter, Shephard S Matoloma was appointed as the new District Rector and Priest D Rupping was assigned as District Rector Helper. They will serve in the district of Windhoek.

After the divine service, the congregants felt happy and were delighted to meet and greet their fellow congregants.
